This RETURN POLICY sets forth the return and refund policies for all item purchased in the NPUSA MALL.

PLEASE NOTE: Member purchases of the SUPER LUTEIN or IZUMIO products are subject to their own specific return and refund policy set forth in the NPUSA Policies and Procedures.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

For products offered in the NPUSA MALL, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of any of the products, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment together with your receipt and you can receive a refund of 90% of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped. Items returned to NPUSA must be in good and resalable condition.

CANCELLATION

In order to cancel an Autoship you can either access your account through your back office to turn off Autoship or email Customer Service at info@npusainc.com or call 1-800-378-0321. Cancellation of Autoship does not affect your membership status with NPUSA. The Affiliate membership renewal fee of $30 + tax will be charged regardless of your Autoship status.

In order to cancel your membership, which will automatically cancel Autoship and the renewal fee charge of $30, please email Customer Service at info@npusainc.com or call 1-800-378-0321. Cancellation of Autoship does not affect your membership status with NPUSA.
